Customer Reviews
Good snacks, quick shipping
I ordered some Kai Murukku and Ribbon Pakoda last week. They got here pretty fast, like 4 days to California. Tasted fresh, just like I remember from back home. No complaints, will probably order again when I run out.
Decent value, small issue
I bought the Mysore Pak and some Mor Milagai. The sweets were really good, proper traditional taste, not too sweet. The Mor Milagai was also crisp and had good flavor. Price-wise, it felt fair for handmade items. Delivery was okay, took 5 days to reach Denver, which is average. My only minor gripe was that the Mysore Pak box was slightly dented on one corner when it arrived, didn't affect the contents but something to note for presentation. Overall, happy with the purchase and the quality of the food.
Good deal on sweets
I was looking for some sweets for a family get-together and saw the Diwali Sweets Hampers. It seemed like a good bundle deal. I ordered the one with Laddu and Kaju Katli. Got free shipping too since it was a larger order. The sweets were fresh and everyone really liked them. For the price, I felt like I got a good amount of quality stuff. Definitely worth it.
Consistent quality always
This isn't my first time ordering from Girijapaati; I've bought from them a few times before. This time I got the Vadu Mangai and some Omapodi. Just like previous orders, everything arrived fresh and tasted exactly as expected. They're very reliable with their delivery times too, usually around a week. It's nice to know I can count on them for quality South Indian snacks. That's why I keep coming back.
Loved the pickles!
Oh my goodness, I just received my order of Narthangai and Maavadu pickles! They are absolutely divine. The flavors are so authentic, exactly like my grandma used to make. The packaging was perfect, no spills. I am so glad I found this store. I'm already planning my next order, probably for some Puliyodharai Paste. You guys are amazing!

How do these compare to say, Sri Krishna Sweets? I usually order from them but thinking of trying Girijapaati.

Are these pickles like, actually homemade with no weird stuff? I'm always wary of 'natural' claims.
